Mark and Jeff have been servicing my 04 Sunfire and my wife's 1990 Cadillac Eldorado since we moved to Port Dover in 2008.The Cadillac is an older car that she liked and purchased in Toronto, with need of some care and repairs. We are very impressed with the way they repaired the Cadillac,which, although it is old, it is now in exellent shape thanks to them. Service at the Port Dover Service Centre has always been done professionally. I have never had to bring the car back because the work was not right or something was not completed. I recommend this place to everyone that asks. Several of of family and friends have switched to the Port Dover Service Centre and have been completely satisfied with the work. |

My last visit left me a bit disappointed. They charged me $80 to plug-in their diagnostic device to find I had to replace my gas cap. So a new cap cost me a total of over $100. Seemed a little excessive seeing I had been there the day before the engine light came on and there were no issues. |

Never had a wheel alignment done before and although I had a coupon for a free alignment had not expected the additional charge....however I was initially told the work would take 1 hour and it took 3 so it was badly out of alignment so the fee was justified. |

thanks again for the service for Sandy's rear window repair. Although I was advised that there was a part on order, it wasn't until payment time that I was advised of a much higher cost than I anticipated. It would be better to advise clients up front, when a repair can be seen as more than a simple fix. |
